Wolves boss hails table-topping team

Wolves speedway boss Peter Adams has hailed the side’s team spirit in the wake of a stunning victory at Lakeside.
It’s an extraordinary turnaround from last season, when the team finished bottom of the Elite League.
Today they stand at the top of the table.
The manager said: “The mood in the team at the moment, they think they can win virtually anywhere.
“They’re a hard team to handle when they’re in that frame of mind and that kind of form.
“We’re a unit this year and the spirit in the camp is tremendous. They want to win everywhere they go – and they think they can, which is half the battle.”
