Entertainers whisked their Walsall audience back in time with a show that captured the British spirit of the Second World War.
Time to Remember pruduced an afternoon of music, comedy and song, at Walsall Town Hall.
Performer Martin Barry and his team recreated the atmosphere of those difficult years which saw people “Keep Smiling Through” despite some tough times.
Councillor Barry Sanders, Walsall Council cabinet member for leisure, said: “The show featured songs made famous by the likes of Dame Vera Lynn, Ann Shelton and George Formby and the performers wore 1940s costumes which all added to the atmosphere and really takes people back in time.”
