Yet again another fantastic run with so much support! Picture 1 is me and my family (I’m far right in the white cap). My fabulous children ran their legs off and I was sooo proud of them well done! (The one with her tongue out at the front and the one third from right are my girls). Roll on nest year when we can do our bit again thanks to everyone who sponsored us!!

Well done to all who took part, hopefully raising loads of maoney for a worthy cause. Sad to see therefore that traffic wardens were out preying on people giving their time and effort to selflessly help others. Whats the odds more money will be earned in fines than earned in sponsor money. Unnecessary and upsetting for all the people (many experiencing strong emotions having lost loved ones)returning to their vehicles with a ticket on the screen. Utterly insensitive and deplorable.

I was there supporting my wife! A great event & not “a silly little race” as one poster on the other comment page put! If the person who put that comment is reading this, you are a complete muppet! These people are raising money for a worthwhile cause to help people who have had or lost somebody to cancer. God forbid but if you do ever get the word that you’ve got Cancer, remember what help you’ll get and how these so called “silly little racers” raised money to help. Sham on you! The “Vultures” a.k.a. traffic wardens should be ashamed of themselves. You ticketed eight cars! EIGHT! Is the council that desperate for money! You could’ve let it slide. You are a disgrace to humankind & let’s hope that you don’t get this dreadful disease as well! Finally, well do to everybody who participated, you have my support and admiration!
