Club Life returns during lunch this Saturday and will follow the trials and tribulations of three amateur clubs.

One of those chosen is Hagley Cricket Club, who are celebrating their 175th anniversary this year.

The first team plays in Division Two of the Worcestershire County League.

Club spokesman Jeremy Trinham said: “It’s very exciting to be on Club Life, although slightly nerve-wracking too.

“There’s certainly a buzz about the place and two players have rejoined to get their faces on television too!”
