Saturday 25th April 2009, 11:33AM BST.
Wolves striker Andy Keogh has pleaded with manager Mick McCarthy not to break up the promotion winning squad.
The 22-year-old Irish international wants to see the nucleus of the side given their head in the Premier League .
He said: “We’ve got such a great team spirit and we don’t want to break that up, because we’re such good friends on and off the pitch.
“There’s a core of us here and everyone appreciates each other.
“Sometimes things don’t go our way, but we stick at it like we did at Derby on Easter Monday when we came from behind to win.”
