Wednesday 8th April 2009, 7:01AM BST.
Spotify is the talk of the internet, a free and legal way to listen to almost any music online, and now ExpressandStar.com has compiled its own ‘Best of The Midlands’ Spotify playlist for you to enjoy.
We’ve put together a massive 30-track compilation for your listening pleasure, although some of the links are – it must be admitted – somewhat tenuous. Think of it as a free Express & Star CD . . . without the CD!
If you already have Spotify installed on your computer all you have to do is click here and hit the play button.
If not you’ll have to install Spotify – it’s very quick and simple to do and you can find how how to do it here.
Here’s the full rundown of our Express & Star Midlands choice. If you think we’ve missed anyone out then use the Comments box below to make your Midlands musical suggestions:

Ocean Colour Scene (from Birmingham) have been missed off. They’ve a No 1 album and numerous top 20 hits but are always ignored. The Riverboat Song, The Day We Caught The Train, 100 Mile High City, the list is endless. They should be one of the first names on teh list!
