Lyons stars in Brummies win

Birmingham pulled off a 50-40 Premier Trophy speedway win over Rye House.
Skipper Jason Lyons was at his brilliant best with a 15-point max, but had good support from his colleagues.
The Brummies had to rally from a poor start and it was Lyons who teamed up with Richard Sweetman for a vital 5-1 in heat six.
Two more maxs followed in the next three races to turn the meeting the Brummies’ way.
