If you’ve ever fancied getting behind the wheel of a tram, Dudley’s Black Country Living Museum might have just the job for you.
The attraction in Tipton Road is looking for “guides, demonstrators and characters” to chip in. Pulling a pint in the Bottle & Glass pub, dishing up a bag of fried fish and chips at the shop next door and taking a trip at the helm of the tram are all in a day’s work.
The positions, which are offered on a casual, part-time basis, are available now.
Marketing manager Emma Middleton said: “We are looking for people who can bring the history of the Black Country to life.
“We want outgoing people who will enjoy working with a diverse range of visitors. An absolute must is a passion for the Black Country and for interpreting and conveying our industrial heritage.”
The closing date for applications is March 2. Anyone interested can call the museum for an application pack on 0121 557 9643 or alternatively visit the website at www.bclm.co.uk
