The Irish music, song and dance spectacular, which has run for 14 years, has embarked on its Farewell Tour, which will arrive at Birmingham’s NIA in March.
It finishes in Liverpool on April 25, taking in 14 cities along the way. The show, which launched the international career of ‘Lord of the Dance’ Michael Flatley, has been seen live by 21 million people in more than 300 venues worldwide, through 32 countries and on four continents.
Starting at the Bristol Hippodrome last night, it arrives at Birmingham NIA on March 9 and runs at the city centre arena until March 14.
The full-length show was first seen in February 1995 in the Point Theatre, Dublin.
