Kidderminster Harriers V Coventry CityKidderminster stoutly but saw their hopes of an FA Cup giant-killing broken in the second half at Coventry’s Ricoh Stadium.

Mark Yates’s Blue Square Premier outfit came backed by an army of 3,006 fans had fought their way to the break, with their goal intact and Coventry becoming frustrated.

But Leon McKenzie flicked home a volley direct from a corner in the 52nd minute to ease the pressure on the Championship side.

As Harriers tried to step up their tempo to force a replay, they were caught on the break for a second from Leon Best eight minutes from time.
