Quashie wants to stay with Blues

The former Scotland international’s current month-long contract expires this weekend, but he is hoping he has done enough to earn an extended stay at St Andrews.

That remains open to question, especially with the ex-Albion man due to serve a one-match ban, for his red card in Saturday’s 3-2 win against Charlton.

Quashie said: “I really want to stay and I really want to be part of the boys, who are a fantastic group to be around.”
