I was there last night with my 2 sons who are 19 and 21…We were right at the front and what a Fantastic night it was and the band just blew us away. It’s great being a fan of Marillion and having 2 sons follow them as well….If you have never seen them Live then you really should. There’s such Passion in their music which is second to none…Well done to the Lads..

Heresy and the Marrilion gig of sorts!

Hi Express and Star

Could you thank on Air the band and staff of Marillion especially Simon the tour manager

To cut a Long story short HERESY were advertised on the Radio In the Press and on the net
As being the support band for the JBs sold out Marillion gig ,well as you can appreciate Heresy
Were ”Buzzing “ and had rehearsed a special show for the 17th Nov gig .
On arriving at load in it was found that they had been booked by mistake ,how we are not sure
We had been in contact with the Marillion management in May. But it looks like there was a mistaken
Entry in the JBs diary
To say the lads from Heresy were gutted is a understatement ,but they stayed professional ,and
were offered a free pass to the gig (was brilliant) and to the after show party and they had a meet and greet
with Marillion band members
it was a small consolation for not playing to a crowd of 700+ .but Simon Marillion’s tour manager
had the Heresy demo CD and said that he hopes to accommodate HERESY in the next Marillion U.K. tour
so that’s what happened another story in the Heresy Book
