Mr Bowler died at the scene of the crash on the A442 Kidderminster to Shatterford road on Friday.

He attended Stourport High School and King Charles I School, and before working at the Severn Valley Railway, worked at the Stone Manor Hotel and Gainsborough House Hotel.

His family today said he was a larger than life character. “The Severn Valley Railway, where he worked in the catering department both in the Kidderminster Station Buffet and on the travelling dining coaches, had become his life.”
