Tickets to see electro pop duo The Ting Tings have now gone on sale at the Civic Hall.

The show will not take place until March 2, 2009, but organisers are expecting tickets to sell very quickly and advising fans to book now before they sell out. 

The Ting Tings are – aka Jules De Martino and Katie White – have been making waves up and down the country ever since their formation in 2006.

Having started out playing private house parties in their native Manchester, their shows soon became the hottest tickets on the planet, with their debut album We Started Nothing receiving rave reviews.

They’re best known for recent hits like That’s Not My Name – which went straight to number one in the UK charts – and Fruit Machine, as well as current single Shut Up and Let Me Go.
