A housebuilder with developments across the West Midlands is facing a fine after missing a deadline for filing its accounts.

Bentley Homes, based in Wolverhampton, should have lodged the paperwork by March 31 this year, according to Companies House.

Carolyn Ashen, spokeswoman for Companies House, said the company was still active but added: “We will be writing to the company regarding the late filing of accounts and a fine will apply when they are received.”

Bentley has developments in Compton Road, Wolverhampton, Castle Road, Kidderminster and Broadwell Road, Oldbury.

The company, based at Coniston House in Chapel Ash, today said no one was available to comment.
