Baby’s fast start in car

A newborn baby has started life in the fast lane after his mum was forced to give birth in the car outside the hospital.
Black Country mother Rajwinder Kaur had to be her own midwife as she gave birth to her son within seconds of arriving at City Hospital in Birmingham.
Raj Winder, aged 26, was already holding her new 7lb 12oz baby in her arms as her father-to-be Balbir Atkar, 40, pulled up at the maternity unit, at 10.15 last night.
