16:45: Bednar leaves to a round of applause as he is replaced by Marek Cech.
16:41: Chris Brunt restores the Albion lead.
16:22: Valero and Morrison replaced by Kim and Luke Moore for Albion.
16:15: A see saw battle in the second-half with neither side giving much away.

15:28: Mark Noble equalises with a tap in from Calum Davenport’s cross in.
15:20: Very open game at the Hawthorns. Both sides are looking to attack.
15:18: West Ham are forced to replace the injured Dean Asgton with David Di Michele.
15:02: Borja Valero’s cross from the right is met by James Morrison in the middle for Albion, who gets ahead of former Blues defender Matthew Upson to head home from six yards.
