Duffy – Stepping Stone

Chart topping Welsh singer Duffy is to play the Wolverhampton Civic Hall, with tickets going on sale on Friday August 22.

Duffy will play Wolverhampton on December 4 as she rounds off an exceptional year with a major UK tour.

The singer will perform material from her number one LP Rockferry, including the hit Mercy.

Her new single, Stepping Stone, is released on September 1.

The former waitress cites influences including Al Green, Beyoncé, Scott Walker, Phil Spector and Burt Bacharach.

Her album was co-produced by former Suede guitarist Bernard Butler and has proved a hit with American audiences.

A string of festival performances have ensured she is likely to be playing big stadium gigs in the near future.

Tickets will cost £23.50 and go on sale at 10am on Friday.
