Football match ban for fighters

Three men who were part of a massive fight in Wednesbury following a football match in Walsall have been banned from attending games in England and Wales.
The men pleaded guilty to football related disorder outside Tamebridge Parkway train station in Wednesbury last November.
Appearing at Walsall Magistrates Court yesterday were Shrewsbury men Nicholas Aaron Rogers, aged 21, of Wayford Close, Luke Suter, aged 20, of Whitehouse Gardens and James Malcolm Blackburn, aged 22, of Mary Webb Road.
Rogers was given 180 hours community service, £120 costs and a three year football banning order, Suter was given 100 hours community service, £120 costs and a three year football banning order and Blackburn received 100 hours community service, £120 costs and a three year football banning order.
The disorder broke out after a football match between Walsall FC and Shrewsbury Town FC at Banks’s Stadium on November 10 2007.
