Lindgren clueless over Wolves slump
Tuesday 12th August 2008, 5:59AM BST.
Fredrik Lindgren has admitted he has no idea how Wolves can break their “bad circle” of poor form.
The Wolves skipper led from the front with 12 points, but a brittle side fell away in the last third and were well beaten.
He said: “Everything is easier when it’s good and you’re winning. We are struggling and it’s no fun for anyone.
“I don’t know how we’re going to get out of it. We’re in a bad circle. We get a win and next meeting we lose again.
“We don’t have an answer at the moment. Everyone is trying very hard. Speedway is a big confidence sport.
“It’s hard to say what’s going wrong, but we’re just not performing as good as we should as a team.
“When some guys have a good meeting others have a bad meeting. We don’t seem to click together at the same time.”
