Thrill seekers can now get their kicks at Baggeridge Country Park which has opened “Baggeridge Heights”.

The course is 40-feet high and features a zip wire, trapeze and giant’s ladder.

Staff include several ex-service personnel, all of whom are climbing and parachute experts.

Wendy Lloyd and Craig Birch went along to try it out. Watch the video to see how they got on.
