Birmingham captain Jason Lyons faces a spell on the sidelines with a broken collarbone after crashing out of the Knockout Cup tie with Rye House.
Lyons was trying hard to pass Tommy Allen in Heat 5 when the accident happened.
King’s Lynn’s Czech Republic ace Tomas Topinka quickly agreed to step in as a guest replacement for tonight’s trip to Redcar in Premier League action.
