mandolin.jpgTwo chickens, two aubergines, three puppets, a tuba, a motorbike, some old photographs, a walking stick and a goat – this lively take on Captain Corelli’s Mandolin is packed with all-round entertainment value.

Mike Maran’s production spins out the epic tale of life and love on the Greek island of Cephalonia, stretching from the Second World War to the present day.

Alison Stephens on mandolin and Anne Evans on piano help to set the scene for this spellbinding production.

The performance takes place on June 20 at Oakengates Theatre, Telford, at 7.30pm.
