christ, colchester could fill wembley u div, !!

Terry….baggie. A conundrum for you. Home games you struggle to fill your ground. Wembley you manage to take, what was it 30 or 35 thousand people to the game ? Where are all those extra so called fans for your league games ? It’s a bit like Gretna a couple of years ago when they went to Hampden Park – they took about 30,000 fans but Gretna is a little village of no more than 3,000 people !!!

Saints won’t lie down Terry, the position they’re in…they still have some firepower…i wouldn’t count my chickens…despite you’re well founded optimism anything can still happen.
As for Wolves…the agony goes on.

8,nige,maybe they could, but you couldent fill colchester could you boing boing no away fans

9,well flintoff the answer to your conundrum is simple,we took 33,000 to wembley, but the hawthorns shrine only holds 28,000,so im afraid 5,000 will have to miss out on monday for the party,i hope my answer is satifactory, anymore conundrums just ask, boing boing full house agen

Terry….Baggie sorry my name is not flintoff – I’m no cricketer !!! Your “shrine” may hold 28,000 but you get no where near that number for your home games even allowing for the fact that you have to allocate space for away fans. I did some stats the other day and based on the home games played to date your average home gate was only around 21,500 if my memory serves me correctly (the wolves average was nearer 23,000)so there is definitely room for improvement in your fans attendances.

why bother replying to that prat terry he is simple and he aint got a life!!! lets concentrate on the wolves and ignore him he will go away in the end!!!!! terry no mates!!!!

15 FLINTOFF, we are a suburb of birmingham with 3 premier clubs within a 5 mile radius, your a city with no other club within 10 mile, only walsall, and your average attendance is only 1500 more,i shuldent brag about that, where was your 23,000 last night, apart from on here boing boing we bigger than you
Report abuse
17. Baggie….an absolutely stunning post there mate !!! Any chance you’d like to explain ? All I’m trying to do is engage in sensible conversation and the bottom line of what I was trying to say is that despite your successful season (and I genuinely wish you well next year) you cannot fill your ground unless ticket prices are reduced. Although Wolves have had nowhere near as successful a season we still on average pull in more fans for our home games !! Isn’t that a sad indictment of some of your so called fans ? – the ones that all clubs have when something special like Wembley crops up .I then merely likened it to Gretna a few seasons ago. Come back if you don’t think so.
16. Finchy…I’m quite prepared to chat to anyone that is prepared to talk sense (some of the time !!). I know terry…. baggie loses the plot occasionally but he is quite amusing sometimes.
Ok Terry perhaps you can’t read or write or just haven’t got the common decency to reply properly to someone talking to you (not calling you all the names under the sun like some.
I’m not bragging that we’ve had 1500 more at each game. I’m merely surprised that you don’t fill your ground with such a successful side. I can remember going to the Hawthorns on many occasions (granted, some years ago) and it didn’t matter how well the team was doing you nearly always had a full house and as far as I can remember you were still a suburb of Birmingham !!!

hes a prat!!!! got no time for him!!!!

24. Terry…..baggie. Think you ought to check your stats. Population of Wolverhampton according to the 2001 Census was 236,582 and for West Bromwich 136,940 so I think that dispels your argument on size of the town your argument also assumes that everyone in Wolverhampton will support the Wolves and even you will know that that just isn’t true in the same way that everyone in West Brom won’t support the Baggies. Which brings me back to my original argument that on the basis of having a successful side about to go up to the premier I am surprised you do not fill your ground. Quoting Newcastle as an example is like quoting Man U or Liverpool they certainly draw big crowds but cannot be compared to other cities because they are more fanatical and have larger areas to draw on.

25,flinty,of all the teams that have topped the championship this season, and theres been a few we are by far the best supported ,watford, bristol, hull, stoke, sorry not you, home n away, boing boing
Report abuse
flinty, i did reply to your census but they aint posted it,boing boing

Sherry… you probably won’t even see this but what the hell. I agree that the baggies have been the best and most attractive side in the championship this year. However stats prove that you have not been by far the best supported and I’m beginning to think that you are far too biased to even accept anything else. At least one or two baggies fans will hold a rational conversation and will talk sensibly. Your responses become more and more erratic and more random when someone challenges what you say or tries to have a conversation with you.

26. you are full of it we sold it out and you only took 890 fans thats just one exmaple your support is rubbish what a big club you are cant even keep hold of has be phillips ha ha
