Teenager Allen Court has the world of weightlifting at his feet.
The Oldbury-based youngster is the National Under 16 Champion for weightlifting despite weighing just 7st 12lbs.
Allen said: “When I entered my first competition, one year after I started training, I became hooked and from then on I made sure I qualified for each competition.”
The Perryfields High School pupil showed video journalist Victoria Hoe how to lift mega weights – and she turned her hand to the challenge.
