Time to map out a plan for Villa's future
- Says blogger Matthew Turvey
All guns blazing for Villa

Boyhood Arsenal fan Ashley Young insists Villa are going to the Emirates with a ‘win or bust’ attitude.
Arsene Wenger’s side have gone 22 games unbeaten at the Emirates this season, but winger Young believes Villa can cause a major shock and continue their impressive away record.
Villa’s bold approach has seen them draw 4-4 on their two previous visits to the capital this season at Tottenham and Chelsea.
And Young says they will follow the same attacking principles at the Emirates.
“We’re definitely not going to go there and sit back – we’ll be on the front foot,” said Young. “We always counter-attack, it’s one of our strengths because of the all-round pace in the team.
“Confidence has always been high, right from the start of the season.
“Arsenal have been doing brilliantly this season, they are a top four team, but we’re full of confidence.
“We’re going to go there looking to carry on our good form and look for three points.
“I don’t know whether it’s a good time to play them or not – every team can play well on their day and we’ll be looking to give them a good game.”
