Coventry – please get us out of the cup on Saturday or we forget automatic promotion. The form teams are out of the cup and are only concerned with the league whilst our distraction with the cup is wrecking our chances. On our league displays so far this year we are going nowhere.

Tividale calm down we are 4th not 12th, better to finish 1st or 2nd on May the 4th than feb 13th.

I know it my come as shock to some Albion fans but we aint going to score every game we still create chances so goals will come again.

look on the bright side, If we where a few miles down the road(no names mentioned) we would be celebrating such a result as last nights goaless draw.

tividalebaggie – you’re talking rubbish. The cup run has had nothing to do with our poor form since the start of the year. We are having a blip like every team does during a season. I for one think the FA cup will be a useful distraction on the weekend as the pressure will be different to that of expectation for each league game. Winning breeds confidence and that’s what the Albion players need more than most right now – A lose on saturday just makes things worse – a win will pick the players up ready for Hull.

Come on Baggies – 1/4 final place please

    Still going up!

The Coventry match will give the gaffer a chance to try out the new goalkeeper, give maybe Tininho a game at left back, rest Greening after the clattering he took last night, try Beattie and Miller up front, etc. We didn’t play badly last night, Sheffield defended well and at times desperately, the ref was previously a rugger player so handling the ball didn’t bother him, neither did some of the dangerous tackling. It is rumoured he replied, “Ay lad, it’s a man’s game tha knows” when interviewed in’t pub lerter. Cheer up No.1, it ay over yet aer kid.
