Albion winger chances recede
Thursday 31st January 2008, 11:24AM GMT.
It appeared that the chances of Albion signing Scottish winger Graeme Dorrans from Livingston were receding today.
Manager Tony Mowbray was keen to explore the possibility of a signing before tonight’s transfer deadline but the clubs have so far been unable to strike a deal.

I couldn’t see where we were gonna play him.
I mean, its not like we are short in the midfield / winger dept…. He won’t displace Gera or Brunt out wide, and would he be better than Tex or Morrison ??
Its nice to have all these players but even we can only buy so many.
Hope we hear about Danek soon…

Big IQ Rich.
If I had money to spend during the transfer window I wouldn’t be on here, I’d have gone to Uganda to avoid spending it.

Well it looks like he is coming in the Summer now. Good business. Effectively we have bought him and loaned him back to livingston. ToMo obviously has his contacts north of the border and this lad had been linked with Rangers so he obviously has something.
Went Quiet on the Kim from South Korea deal.. but no doubt that could still happen in the future.
We came into this window needing a goalkeeper and to secure Miller and we have done just that. Well done to all at the Hawthorns. Now lets get to it and go on and gain promotion back to the prem.
