Rhinos looked to start a day of 2 games off well with a win to give them drive into the second game.

Mansfield had a young inexperienced team so coach Peasley could work on a couple of plays to help in the second game.

The first quarter started very strong for the rhinos getting the scoring going straight away and staying focused on defense. End of first quarter score 8-0 to the rhinos.

The second quarter saw the bench being used more to get sum valuable minutes to players.

Even with a weaker line-up rhinos still stayed dominant on offense but had a couple of concentration lapses allowing maulers to hit a couple of baskets.

The score at the end of the second quarter 16-5 to rhinos.

The third quarter was much the same with starters for the rhinos getting rest but still the rhinos managed to keep the offense flowing. Maulers again were able to score a couple of baskets.

In the quarter new player for the season mat south scored his first basket. The score at the end of the third quarter was 26-11 to the rhinos.

The fourth quarter saw the rhinos take full domination scoring at ease on offense and stopping maulers from getting any easy baskets. The final score was 38-13 another win for the rhinos.
