Matthew Wood, general manager at Motorhouse 2000, said staff were coming to the end of their tether.
He said: “Over the last three weeks 53 cars have been vandalised. It is just mindless vandalism where these people are using keys to scratch the paintwork.
“I have been with the company 10 years and I have never known this before. We have security guards on site but the forecourt is very big.”
Inspector Matt Derrick said: “We have visited the company and we have offered staff security advice.
“We are also stepping up patrols in the area to try and catch the people.”

I am getting fed up with the crime in cannock and the surrounding area. Not a day seems to go by without a serious incident.

Although I don’t agree with what the low-lifes have done, the company charge more than enough in interest to cover the cost and the ‘extra add-on covers’ the customers are duped into should also ease the pain.

How about bringing the birch back?

Why do they not have security systems in operation at the lot.Common sense tells you that everyone who walks by is not honest or behaved.
LOL@ derek..i think you may be right.

Why blame the firm. It is the morons who do this who should be derided. I am a reasonable man (sic), do not birch them, just cut off a finger.. then a hand and so on until they cease their senseless crime or have a problem getting to potential crime scenes.
