goal.jpgOn Saturday Halesowen based Greenhill FC drew 1-1 at Worcester City Academy in Mid Com Division 2.

Worcester had the better of the first half and hit both posts and had a goal ruled off for offside – Greenhill keeper Mark Whitehouse also had to make saves to keep Worcester out.

Greenhill were fortunate to go in 0-0 at the break.

After a half time dressing down from manager Steve Newton and assistant Carl Taylor Greenhill improved and took the lead through Adam Wooldridge.

However on the hour keeper Whitehouse was dismissed for handling outside of the box.

Simon Wilson replaced him in goal and kept Worcester out until they equalised on 80 minutes.

Next week Greenhill entertain Perrywood in the League, kick-off 2pm.
