Winning start for PHX
Tuesday 11th September 2007, 2:38PM BST.
After beating Molineux Juniors Chasetown B will play PHX. On their first outing in the Wolverhampton City Netball League PHX trounced the experienced Roldec squad.
Breezers scraped a win over the new Chasers Ladies team and go on to fight the current stars of the League, Sapphires whose top class show almost demolished DK Ladies on their first Winter showing with the League.
The ever-improving Baggeridge Bulletts won once again by beating Ice and now clash with Lucas whose pulverising win over Chasers Juniors (new young team) was no surprise.
Newly formed Penn Outsiders only just lost out to long established Chasers who must now face the second top team Whitmore X who more than doubled Sedgley Cabin’s score.
Ladybirds and Static Systems look forward to meeting each other in the next Round – as do Crescent and Eurostars – leaving Wednesfield to meet Jupiter.
