Saturday 1st September 2007 is the date set to mark the 40th anniversary of Old Wulfrunians Club House.

The occasion will be marked with a day of nostalgia and sporting activities.

The nostalgia will take place in the club house where all sorts of memorabilia supplied by the sporting bodies and members will be displayed, as well as video footage of the building of the clubhouse and footage of the legendary Veterans Cup game away at Storrington.

The sporting activities will see players spanning the last four decades coming back to play at the Memorial Ground one more time.

Refreshments will be available all day and the bar will be open from 12 o’clock serving a special Old Wulfs 40th Anniversary real ale to mark the occasion.

The celebrations will be rounded off with some evening entertainment where members from past and present can get together and exchange stories about the “good old times”.
