Mark Henderson, director of housing, said: “Wolverhampton Homes takes a very strong stand against all forms of anti-social behaviour. We will actively go to court and evict a tenant on these grounds.”
A resident living nearby, who did not want to be named, said: “It is good to finally see action is taken against people who cause trouble.
Another tenant has also been banned from his local housing office in Whitmore Reans after allegedly trying to attack a member of staff.
Wolverhampton Homes has secured an anti-social behaviour injunction order against David Highfield, of Manby Close.
Tenants and leaseholders can report anti-social behaviour by email on enquiry@ wolverhamptonhomes. org.uk or on 01902 556789.
