All Jobcentre and social services benefits operations in Stafford are to be brought together on one site.
The new super Jobcentreplus in Greyfriars will begin operation on March 28. Two new telephone numbers are being introduced from that date for clients.
People of working age seeking work or claiming benefits will need to call 0845 602 2440 and those who have hearing or speech difficulties will need to call 0845 602 2327. Phone lines will be open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Change implementation manager Vicky Lakin said more space had been acquired from the Inland Revenue for staff moving to Greyfriars.
The former social security offices at Victoria Park House in Stafford have been closed. Jobcentre offices in Mill Street are closing at the end of the month.
Stone’s Jobcentre in High Street closed to the public on Friday and the new Jobcentreplus also replaces the old Jobcentre in Rugeley which closed two years ago to the public.
There will be 40 Jobcentre and 30 social security staff based at Greyfriars.
