How to submit listings

Ensure your events are shown in our what's on listings guide! Please send them by email to service partner the Press Association at the following address: localevents@pressassociation.

Please send them by email to service partner the Press Association at the following address: localevents@pressassociation.com

Not only will your listings appear on this site but they may also appear on the many websites, newspapers and other media which feature the Press Association service.

To be featured, please include the following:

  • type of event (eg car boot sale, antiques fair, coffee morning, pub gig, amateur theatre production, etc)
  • date and time
  • all ticket prices
  • telephone number and exact address, including a full postcode
  • contact details for the person submitting information (not for publication), including name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, plus your status in relation to the event, ie private submission or representing an official group or organisation (please state name).

Please send your listings no later than two weeks before the event and let the Press Association know about any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.
