Black Country brewery opens doors for a day

A Black Country brewery is opening its doors for an industry event in June.

Brewers in the Community will celebrate the important contribution independent breweries make to communities.

The initiative, organised by the Society of Independent Brewers, runs from June 15 to18.

SIBA is encouraging brewing members to organise open days around the national celebration day Beer Day Britain, which will take place on June 15.

Sadler's Ales is holding its open day for connoisseurs at its Brewhouse and Bar, Conyers Trading Estate, Station Drive, Lye, on Saturday, June 17 from 12 noon at £20 per person – which includes a tour, ploughman's lunch and two pints of its beers.

Stone's Lymestone Brewery has a tour on June16 costing £15 per person from 7pm to 10pm.

There will also be a Breakfast at the Brewery event on June 18 featuring a display of cars, vans, and bikes for enthusiasts to attend.
