Bruno Mars fans in ticket chaos at Birmingham's Barclaycard Arena
Bruno Mars fans said they missed part of his show at Birmingham's Barclaycard Arena last night because of problems with tickets.
People took to social media last night to say there appeared to be an issue with the scanning of tickets.
Barclaycard Arena has started to reply to some of the comments on social media, saying "we're sorry to hear this" and providing people with an email via which they can make an official complaint.
Lisa Kerry from Walsall claims she and hundreds of others were left outside in the cold because the tickets wouldn't scan properly.
She said: "We missed the support act and the first hour of the performance. It was an absolute joke. There were hundreds of people and they'd been left waiting for a couple of hours. There was no explanation and nobody from the management would come and speak to us."
