Shaun Williamson, who played Barry in EastEnders, and Sue Holderness, better known as Marlene Boyce in Only Fools & Horses, were among the cast members to drop in at the Birmingham attraction.

The National Sea Life Centre spokesman, Chris Coventry, said: "We were delighted that the cast chose the aquarium to spend their downtime from the show.

"They had a great time visiting and I think they partially enjoyed meeting our newest resident, Bev the octopus."

The two actors are starring in Ray Cooney's classic comedy playing at the New Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham, until last weekend before continuing with its National UK tour.
