The comic, musician and TV host, originally from Acocks Green in Birmingham, has been on stage at the Gatehouse Theatre.

The show has been well received by audiences, with people taking to social media to praise the performance as 'fab'. He is performing his Stand Up & Rock show at the theatre, with an extra date having to be added by venue bosses back in February after the original planned two nights sold out.

The show is a mix of Jasper's stand-up gags and turns from musical guests, including school pal Bev Bevan, a founding member of rock group ELO, and Geoff Turton from the Rockin Berries.

Jasper will take the show to Dudley Town hall on April 21 and 22, and the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton on June 1.

He has said he loves performing in the Midlands because of the 'wonderful audiences'.
