Thousands flocked to the Stafford venue on Sunday for the 18th annual Mini Fair, presented by the British Mini Club, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

Legend of the Monte Carlo Rally, Paddy Hopkirk MBE, starred alongside Minis of all shapes and sizes between 9.30am and 4pm.

Paddy, who drove a Mini Cooper to victory in the 1964 Monte Carlo Rally, hosted a meet and greet session on the Mini Sports stand.

The event is billed as 'the place to shop for all things Mini'.

Organiser and leader of the British Mini Club, Dave Hollis, was delighted with how the event went – despite a disappointing day for the weather.

He said: "The weather didn't help with it being a bit damp.

"But as a rule of thumb there was some stunning cars on show and people had travelled all over."
