Bonfire and firework display planned for Walsall Arboretum

The sky is set to be lit up when the biggest fireworks display in Walsall returns next month.

Walsall Arboretum will host the annual bonfire and fireworks event on November 5, which is also set to feature Britain's Got Talent star Stavros Flatley.

The night will include a music stage provided by Free Radio with a full line up from 6pm, with doors opening at 5.30pm and fireworks display starting at 8pm.

Councillor Chris Jones, portfolio holder for clean and green services with Walsall Council, said: "Walsall's premier park is going to be the place to be this bonfire night and promises to be an entertaining evening for the whole family to enjoy."

Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.ticketsource.co.uk/walsal larboretum.

Adult tickets cost £5, child tickets cost £2, and under 5's go free.

Ticket holders are advised to arrive before 7.15pm to avoid disappointment.
