Competitors have been busy snapping Bridgnorth from all angles to capture what the town means to each of them.

The competition has been organised by Buy Big in Bridgnorth founder, Sarah Stevens, who aims to celebrate the town and its businesses.

Mrs Stevens said: "The competition had 81 entries and the decision was very difficult.

"The quality of each of the entries were extremely high, we had great deliberations narrowing them down to just 10. Terry Hawkins from Bridgnorth Camera Club was our guest judge and he wants to encourage each and every entrant to join the club after such exceptional entries.

"The drive behind the competition was to focus on what makes Bridgnorth special to each of us." The photographs are now on display in the library for those without internet access to vote for their favourite.

They are also on Buy Big in Bridgnorth's Facebook page and in The Travel Wallet and Beaman and Sons windows. The George will also be displaying the photographs next week. Voting can also be done via email at: reflections@buybiginbridgnorth.

The closing date for voting is September 23 when public votes will award one person the £100 Beamans and Son Hamper and the runner-up will get the meal for two with bubbly at The George.
