Central Youth Theatre will screen How to Train Your Dragon, Monsters Inc and The Jungle Book as part of its Fantasy Film summer school.

The school will be an opportunity for children aged between seven and 13 to make a play, which will be showcased to an invited audience of family and friends at the end of the five-day scheme.

Children will also play drama games, meet new people and act as their favourite film characters.

The summer school will run at Newhampton Arts Centre, Dunkley Street, Monday to Friday, from 10.30am to 4pm. The course costs £95 to attend for the week.

Prices drop to £75 for families in receipt of working tax credit and £45 for families claiming unemployment benefit.

Discounts also apply for siblings. For further information or to enrol contact Jane Ward on 01902 572091 or email jane@centralyouththeatre.org
