Former England Rugby Captain and 2003 world cup winner Mike Tindall MBE will bring his fourth annual celebrity golf event to the Belfry Golf & Resort Hotel in Sutton Coldfield.

Taking place this Friday, the likes of musicians Ronan Keating and Brian McFadden, actress Denise Van Outen, presenter Vernon Kay, Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish, cricketer Brian Lara, and jockey AP McCoy will take to the green in aid of charity.

The event will be in aid of Rugby For Heroes and The Matt Hampson Foundation.

Last year's celebrity golf classic event held at The Grove in Hertfordshire, raised over £30,000 for the two causes.

It was attended by a host of stars from the world of television, music and sport and attendees included former Kenny Dalglish, Formula One world champion Nigel Mansell CBE, Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, model and TV presenter Jodie Kidd as well as Harry Potter actors James and Oliver Phelps.

Since retiring from professional rugby and his England career, Mike Tindall MBE has been a supporter and fundraiser for various charities giving a huge amount of his time to help good causes.

Through his last three celebrity golf classic events and last year's inaugural BT Sport Rugby Aid event, Tindall has raised in excess of £350,000 to support military servicemen and women through the rugby charity Rugby for Heroes, of which he is patron.

The celebrity teams will once again compete to win the much sought after "Tins Trophy".

The trophy presentation and prize giving dinner will be hosted on the evening by Mike Tindall MBE and Zara Phillips MBE.

It will be followed by live and silent auctions and entertainment throughout the evening.
