This Weekend is all about trips, challenges and charity.

First up, our video journalist Juliet Hounam packs her camera and heads to Nepal with Christian Aid to see how the country is faring one year on from the earthquakes that killed 8,000 and left 21,000 injured. She meets families and aid workers, finding out more about how the lower castes in particular have struggled with recovery.

If you fancy taking on a huge charity challenge yourself, we've got all the details on adventurous fundraisers (emphasis on 'fun'). Whether it's walking The Great Wall or plummeting out of a plane at 10,000 feet, we've got you covered.

And someone else that will have you covered is Alex Busby Hicks. He's the skydive instructor that you're likely to be strapped to if you take part in a charity jump. He gives us the lowdown on just what it's like to take the plunge as part of our brand new 'What it's like to...' series.

Over in sport, we talk to cricketer Ian Bell who says he's got no regrets in his career so far and why he'd be happy to play for England again.
