New horror film is forged in the Black Country - watch the trailer

She is the star of a gothic horror film created by a film fanatic from Walsall. Character Eiren, played by Jade Hobday, is in Pandorica, made by Tom Paton, who grew up in The Hatherton Arms pub in Lichfield Street.

The 82-minute full-length feature was given its premiere at Walsall's new Light Cinema, in front of a packed audience.

It will tour the country from Friday.

Made on a £77,000 budget and shot in the Lake District and Billericay in Essex, Mr Paton said he hopes it will inspire other would-be film-makers in the Black Country.
