The leasehold to take on the Bank Bar and Lounge nightspot on Wolverhampton Road is up for sale at £49,500 as well as £55,000 a year rent costs.

The former TSB branch is advertised as a 'fantastic opportunity for an experienced food operator'.

New bosses would take on both the bar come restaurant area which can accommodate around 480 people as well as the self-contained Bank Vault nightclub which can entertain 200 revellers.

The venue's 'upholstered seating booths' and 'built-in champagne ice buckets' are advertised as major selling points as well as the raised dance floor.

Another feature highlighted in the listing is the outdoor seating area which can hold 100 people.

Alcohol can be served at the nightspot between 11am and 2am everyday of the week although its current opening times are up to 6pm Monday to Wednesday, 12.30am on Thursdays, 1am on Fridays, 2am Saturdays and 10pm on Sunday.

The listing states: "Our clients purchased this freehold property in 2006 and following major conversion and refurbishment created the 'nicest bar in town'.

"The business is currently operated by the owners assisted by a bar manager and four full/ten part time members of staff. This business is 'quite a chameleon' due its quality and trade offer/clientele changing from morning to night."

The venue sees takings of around half a million pound a year.
