Megan Reece impressed the singer known for her retro style with her version of Lianne La Havas' What You Don't Do on Saturday's show. Two judges hit their buzzers but the 28-year-old chose to work with Paloma instead of Boy George.

Speaking to the Express & Star, Megan revealed that before her blind audition she had hoped to work with either Paloma or Will.I.Am.

"I always said I would pick one of those two, if given the chance," she said. "I think Paloma is the obvious fit for me and who people would expect me to pick, but I also thought Will.I.Am is very open-minded and likes a lot of different styles, even though he is more of an urban artist. I'm sure I would have learnt a lot from him."

Megan has lived in Wolverhampton all her life and discovered her passion for singing while she was a student at Heath Park High School. She has four sons - Xavier, 12, Jami, seven, Finley, six, and Taylor, four.

She told the judges: "I've been gigging for the last few years. I have a guitarist and we do our thing.

"And I'm an artist as well, so that's my day job." Since the show aired,, Megan said she has received 'amazing' support from the people of Wolverhampton.

And during the audition she was complimented by Will.I.Am who hailed her a 'hot mum'.

"It is flattering. As I said to him on the show, he is not too bad himself," Megan said.

"I have had a lot of #hotmum on Twitter so I'm going to take it as a compliment."
