Dressed in a navy mini dress and knee-high black boots, Katie Price – Aka Jordan – looked every inch the part as she met revellers at Faces nightclub in Wolverhampton.

The former glamour model wore lots of pink lipgloss and displayed a shimmering brown tan despite temperatures plummeting towards freezing.

Fans posed for selfies and professional pictures as they arrived at the Bilston Street club to meet the former Page 3 star.

Lucy Raybone from Wolverhampton posted a picture of her with the former I'm A Celebrity contestant on Twitter.

She said: "Meeting my all-time role model has been the highlight of my year."

And Amanda Newell said: "So lovely to meet Katie Price at Faces she is so tiny and I think she is amazing." The 37-year-old, who has a fortune estimated at £45 million, put on a brave face after cancelling an online question and answer session.

She had been trying to sell 1,000 tickets for the live 30-minute talk for the last two weeks.

But ticket prices were slashed and the event later cancelled.

That setback came after her 'tell-all' autobiography was pushed back for a year.

The book – which is promised to be full of bombshells about various famous men – was due to be released last month but is now not going to be out until October 2016.

On Thursday she turned on the Christmas lights at Woking Shopping Centre in Surrey. She is visiting a string of nightclubs across the country.

Her eldest child Harvey is the son of former Aston Villa striker Dwight Yorke.

She went on to marry husbands Alex Reid and Peter Andre, and Kieran Hayler.

She is the latest 'star' to appear at Faces, with cast members of The Only Way is Essex and soap operas also making appearances.

She once told journalists: "I am a rich chav.

"You couldn't get any more chav than me. I'm the only person in Britain to own a bespoke pink Land Rover with crystals on it, and I love it. I'm a chav but I'm just lucky that I've got money with it."

Her ex-husband Peter Andre is one of the favourites to win this year's Strictly Come Dancing, despite a dance-off last night.
